Faster incoming crypto transfers
Following the app update, clients using the crypto service, offered in our fintech ecosystem by our partner DigiNORD OÜ**, will be able to receive any incoming external transfer of cryptocurrencies in a much more convenient way.
No matter where they are in the app, when crypto assets are sent to them, a notification will appear at the top of the screen in the form of a yellow bar, which asks to confirm the transaction. Clicking on it will open a window in which the sender's name and surname must be entered. If the data is correct, our clients will only have to click the green "Accept" button, and the funds will be credited to the crypto wallet.
This way we raise the security level of the transactions, by verifying both users, and we make the process more comfortable, reliable and simple for them.

Be sure about card delivery
On the other hand with upcoming updates Blackcatcard users will be able to request free delivery of their main plastic card to their home much easier than before. Instead of using their postal address, which to be honest we often forget, they will be able to request their card by indicating their home address, i.e., street, house, apartment number, etc.
In this way, ordering a card delivery becomes easier and more accurate thanks to a clearer way to indicate home address.

With the upcoming spring update, a new system has also been added to automatically calculate fees for cryptocurrency transactions for each asset separately. Thus, the user will always know exactly the exact commission even before the transaction is made.
On the other hand, in order to avoid errors when working with our application, in the new version of the app, the functions of the integrated crypto service provided by our partner DigiNord OÜ** for users under 18 will not be available by default. Other products offered in our fintech ecosystem will remain available to them.

We always try to keep our users up to date with all the news and technical difficulties they may face, in order to improve their experience with Blackcatcard and avoid unexpected restrictions that may catch them off guard.
For this reason we need to note that upcoming updates of the Blackcatcard functionality will be available sequentially to different user groups. In particular, the new version of the app with the announced options will be available to Android users in the EU and beyond.
For iOS users, the updated app, due to technical limitations, at first will be available to users whose Apple Store accounts are registered in the EU.
For those users with Apple accounts registered outside the EU, we recommend not to update the Blackcatcard app until further notice. For these clients, the previous app version and the desktop version will still be available. If for some reason these users decide to switch iOS devices, they may have difficulty downloading the app.
In this case, we recommend them to contact the support service for clarification.
