Blackcatcard is issued by Papaya, Ltd. Papaya, Ltd. is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI). Registration number C55146. Therefore the official language of the documentation including the Contract is English.
In addition to the obligation to fulfill the conditions of Papaya, Ltd., a client is responsible for knowledge of and compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction of country of his/her citizenship.
Papaya Ltd. does not take responsibility for the possible violation of the local laws of the country of the client’s citizenship, that may appear due to the use of the Blackcatcard product.
