I received an email informing me that my loyalty program ends in 30 days. What does it mean?
This means that you have unsubscribed from the loyalty program and your participation in the loyalty program will end 30 days after applying. Please note that your participation in our promotions will also be cancelled, and you won't be able to receive the bonus. To renew your membership in the bonus program, reactivate the loyalty program in the Blackcatcard application within 30 days.
