Client funds are safeguarded in accordance with applicable legislation.
Funds held in e-money accounts are not covered by the Depositor Compensation Scheme.
In addition to the obligation to fulfill the conditions of Papaya, Ltd., a client is responsible for knowledge of and compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction of country of his/her citizenship. Papaya Ltd. does not take responsibility for the possible violation of the local laws of the country of the client’s citizenship, that may appear due to the use of the Blackcat product.
