Split payments offer
Definition

The term "Split Payment" herein refers to a standing order service offered by Papaya Ltd under Terms and Conditions. This service applies solely to designated incoming payments from a third-party originator, referred to as "AVICTA AGENCY LTD".

Scope and Application

The Split Payment service shall apply to all qualifying incoming payments from "AVICTA AGENCY LTD".

Service Processing

a) Fee Deduction: Upon the receipt of any payment from "AVICTA AGENCY LTD" into the customer's account, Papaya Ltd is authorized to deduct a service fee. This fee shall be calculated as a predetermined percentage of the total incoming payment amount.

b) Allocation of Funds: Post deduction of the aforementioned fee, the residual amount shall be divided, with eighty percent (80%) of this residual amount being allocated as the amount of the standing order to the customer, referred to as AVICTA AGENCY LTD with the Account number MT13PAPY36836000002656370000909. This portion of the funds is deemed to constitute payment for a service provided by AVICTA AGENCY LTD to the Customer under a separate agreement between them.

c) Cancellation Policy: The Customer retains the unilateral right to discontinue the Split Payment service through the Papaya Ltd application interface. Upon receipt of a notice of termination from the Customer, Papaya Ltd shall be obligated to notify AVICTA AGENCY LTD of the impending service cessation. Notwithstanding the immediate issuance of the termination notice, the effectuation of the Split Payment service termination shall be deferred and shall come into force exclusively after the expiration of a thirty (30) day period commencing from the date upon which the Customer duly submitted the termination request.

Activation for New Registrants

Prospective customers desiring to activate the Split Payment service at the time of their registration for the Blackcatcard (BCC) must utilize a specific link or promotional code, as provided by AVICTA AGENCY LTD.

Activation for Existing Customers

Existing customers already possessing a BCC, wishing to avail of the Split Payment service must submit a formal request through the chat service available in the Papaya Ltd application. Agreement to these terms and conditions is a prerequisite for activating the service.

These terms are binding upon the customer and Papaya Ltd, governing the use, fee structure, fund distribution, cancellation, and activation procedures of the Split Payment service. It is incumbent upon the customer to thoroughly review and consent to these terms prior to availing of the service.
